Very nice staff and good location. It's a city hotel so some level of noise is to be expected, however the pub in front of it shuts the outside area at 23:00 like it's supposed to be. Small but nice breakfast area.

What I really liked about OYO The Regency was its position, close both to the centre and to the University complex. I also enjoyed staying in my room, which was quite small but incredibly well set. Everything was in its place: hair-dryer, soap, hot water, tea and coffee available for free, tv, closet. The receptionists were absolutely amazing with their kindness and availability. Definitely a place to stay in!

Friendly and helpful reception. The surrounding area of Clifton is a very pleasant place to stay with a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Close to the famous Clifton Suspension Bridge . Its about a 20 minute walk form the city centre up past Bristol University and the Wills Tower. The street is fairly steep and I would recommend getting the Number 8 bus which runs from Bristol Temple Meads railway station to the city centre then up to Clifton. I wish I had known about this before I arrived in Bristol :)

the hotel is situated in a very convenient area !! not only is the Clifton bridge around 20 minutes away it is also quite close to the town centre so amazing for tourism. The room had everything that it needed and the property also offered a little but substantial breakfast included in the price which I think was a nice extra bonus. They were also super helpful very nice and there was always someone at the desk (they weren’t kidding with the 24 hour service!!)

Quick and easy checkin. Was given a little card to tick which items (continental) I'd like to have for breakfast. It was all there waiting for me in a little paper takeaway bag at reception at check out. Decent size room for a single with an ensuite. Comfy bed. Perfect location. Goof price for the location. Everything I needed really for my 1 night stay. The lady at checkout was lovely.

Great service, the lady at the reception was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Staff is very helpful and understanding. Complimentary breakfast is very appreciated and actually quite good with a lot of choice, wide assortment of teas and fresh fruit. The hotel itself is quite quaint, in an original old building. The rooms are small but they've got almost all the essentials. No fridge though.

Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Rooms are freshly decorated with good quality bed and modern bathroom fittings. Location in Clifton Village is convenient for local shops/bars/restaurants. Only 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop for the frequent No.8 bus to the city centre and Temple Meads railway station. Enjoyed the packed breakfast which was ready for collection every morning.

Good comms from hotel in advance and front of house staff very friendly and helpful - great service. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. For a short stopover where i needed a room just to sleep it was perfect. Would definitely stay here again if my requirements are the same.

Good location, friendly staff and room was clean. Plenty of selection for continental style breakfast, would have been nice to have had a full English but kitchen currently under renovations, so not available.

In a good location, only a short walk or taxi into centre, staff were really friendly and made you feel welcome. I upgraded to a twin bed deluxe room with its own toilet and shower which was a little dinky but adequate for me.
