Always immaculately clean. Excellent pricing, what with three hotels within a hundred yards of each other, and The Berkely Square Hotel a two minute walk away. Excellent breakfast variety. Time restraints, and lateness of my booking, forced upon me a shared bathroom option. To my surprise, it was no hindrance at all, and it was exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely low, less than a foot off the flooring, but very comfortable, and as good a pair of pillows as you can get. Plug socket at bedside for phone, which is great. Bedroom nice and warm, it being a cold January. Ticked all the boxes, and, admittedly January being quiet for hospitality, was probably underpriced.

Hotel needs quite a few updates but overall it is a very pretty hotel,amazing location,amazing staff,I ll mention specially Maria from reception and housekeeping,and Omar the night receptionist who is absolutely lovely,,genuine ,nice person .He definitely knows how to treat a guest,he appreciates guest s loyalty and he is super polite.The company should be grateful they have people like these working for and with them!Maria is also extremely helpful ,polite and nice.

The price is excellent and in a nice little area of Bristo, with tonnes of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Despite all this its quiet. The bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower excellent and room was clean and tidy. Lady at reception was an absolute superstar and helped me with parking and where to eat. This place isn't the Hilton but then you aren't paying Hilton prices. Free breakfast also a lovely touch.

Glazebrook

Media extras on the TV like Netflix, the bed was very comfy and the room was cosy, good sized bedside tables and lamps. Clifton is a great location in Bristol and the price was excellent for this area. The reception was staffless when we were there but we received pin codes so access was smooth and it felt secure. Breakfast included too! Help yourself buffet. We will definitely stay there again.
